Dr. Denis Neba was born on the 8th of December 1953 at Mbebeli Bafut in the North West region of Cameroon into the family of pa Peter Neba and ma Susana Manka'a; both of blessed memory.
He was the third child born into the family of ten and the fourth child to pass away after the death of his younger brother Joseph Suh Neba just seven months ago.
Dr. Neba was well known and liked within the African community at-large. He was the very first known Cameroonian-in the Denver Community, hence he was “officially” named ‘The Mayor. His English Prowess was admirable. He was an exceptionally consistent pal and mentor.
His personal beliefs were to live life to the fullest as there is no duplicate. In his own words “Enjoy life while you can because tomorrow is not a guarantee”. He participated in almost all community events. He loved owning nice cars, and spent time polishing his Mercedes before driving to make weekly visits.
He enjoyed church choir, was a sports fanatic and ensured his daily exercises at the gym and early years of playing soccer fulfilled his need to stay physically fit.
Dr. Denis Neba will always be remembered as a lover of life and a lover of people. One of his favorite pastimes was to buy and process meat, which he found every occasion to do as he loved to party. He always sought to gather people together by throwing a party every opportunity he had. He was the life of the party and laughter followed him wherever he went. In memorium, we can attest that “the Mayor” lived life to the fullest of his ability.
He leaves behind his sisters, brothers, children, grandchildren, a great grand chilld, nieces, nephews and many supportive friends.

· Teacher’s Training- Grade 2 teacher's training at St Peter's Training College, Bambui in Mezam division. Grade 3 teacher’s training at College Tatum in Bui division.
· College-Attended École Normal Yaoundé.
· Got his first degree from the University of Yaounde Bachelor of Arts.
· Taught French at lycée Bafoussam before emigrating to the US.
· University of Ohio, Bachelor of Arts.
· He earned a Master degree at Ohio State.
· PhD: University of Denver, Juris Doctorate
